La Colombaia is the spectacular poolside restaurant of the Grand Hotel Quisisana, maybe the most famous hotel of the whole Capri.
The chef will delight you with a buffet of Italian antipasti, a selection of the best regional dishes made of fresh seafood and local products, accompanied by a selection of fine Italian wines. You can also taste a delicious traditional Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood-burning oven, according to the original recipe.

Stefano made our day!

We did not stay at the hotel, but stopped by the hotel patio for drinks as we were walking around Capri. Stefano welcomed us and seated us. We wanted to try an iced coffee and a snack. Unfortunately, we didn’t say the correct words for the coffee. Stefano was more than happy to replace the iced coffee with an affogato. We also wanted to try the Baba, which is a typical cake there. The affogato was to die for and we just about inhaled the Baba. Stefano brought us a Caprese Cake which is another special dessert in Capri. Each of these was wonderful, but Stefano made the day with the great service he provided to us.

The Quisi is a nice place to drink something before your dinner, it is located exactly in the heart of Capri. Good servce provided.

So fabulous to see the same staff as pre Covid, it says something. The best people watching for a pre drink before supper. Great canapes and music. We literally went every night.
