Villa Matermania boasts a enchanting garden equipped with a ping pong table and a Jacuzzi for moments of fun and rejuvenation. You can stretch out in the relaxation area located on the villa's main terrace, which can be reached by a small outdoor staircase. From here, you can admire a breathtaking view of the sea of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. Another terrace, reachable from the upper floor of the villa, offers an additional Jacuzzi for your complete well-being.

Villa Matermania's outdoor space is made complete with a fantastic 7-by-4-meter swimming pool, including a solarium furnished with comfortable sun beds. An invigorating dip in this splendid swimming pool is the ideal way to cool off on hot summer days.

Villa Matermania is perfect for welcoming large families or groups of friends, with its ample size that can accommodate up to 10 people. The residence has five bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor has a panoramic living room and also houses the four other bedrooms. There is a double room with a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace with Jacuzzi, a single room, a double room, and an additional double with separate bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 6 burners, 2 sinks, a gas oven, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a microwave and a dishwasher. You can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining room or outdoors in the garden or on the terrace. For wine lovers, there is even a dedicated wine fridge.
