Villa Verde, is immersed in beautiful gardens in the heart of Capri, just few metres far from the historic Piazzetta.

The restaurant has an elegant dining room leading out onto a large covered terrace, created in the old garden. At Villa Verde you find a welcoming setting, an ambience characterised by the courtesy and good humour of the staff.

The restaurant is the ideal place where to enjoy a meal among friends, with family, and the perfect place for a romantic candle-lit dinner.

This was a lovely restaurant. Service was top notch. The food was very good. The ambiance was refined but festive. We could only get a reservation at 7 which is early for Italy. It was full by 8:30 with family couples and a couple of doggies!

Our favourite place for dinner during our 5 night stay on Capri. We ate there the 2nd night and enjoyed it so much we booked again for the last night. Lots of photos of celebs on the walls at the entrance, but they do treat ordinary people like royalty too! Staff were all really helpful and friendly, including the owner. They greeted us like of friends on our 2nd visit. I know it’s just good business, but it feels lovely! Food was superb. We had a present salad to share, followed by whole branzino cooked in “crazy water” (tomato and garlic and wine). Second night we had amberjack sushi and scallops - all excellent, followed by a steak to share and truffle pasta, (truffle shaved at the table). Desserts also fabulous and really generous portions all around.

Fantastic service and food! Very high energy and fun! Our son had the pork and it was the best ever! Three of us had the special mushrooms with homemade pasta and it was delicious!

There’s no reason to visit this one out of all the great restaurants on Capri.

My scallops looked amazing but they were too seared so you could feel the burnt taste. We ordered a Chateaubriand for two to share and that was good but the side salad was terrible and the sauces can’t me named that. The bearnaise was like mayonnaise white and firm. The barbecue sause looked like something they just pushed out of a bottle. They have lots of pictures on celebs visible to show how many famous people that have chosen their restaurant. Felt like that was their focus now. There’s no reason to visit this one out of all the great restaurants on Capri.
